Cardio Theater:
The Cardio Theater
is a unique set-up that allows you to exercise and watch television
without disturbing your neighbor! Several Treadmills, LifeSteps, LifeCycles
and Ellipticals are equipped with a device to plug your headphones in
to. You can then choose to watch and listen to any of several TV stations
or bring your own tape or CD. At the Eastside
you can also listen two different radio stations. The cardio equipment
is readied with heart rate monitors to help you maximize your workout.

Running Tracks
The Westside has an indoor
running track that circles the workout area on the second floor. 20
laps to a mile.
The Westside also has
available outdoor trails into the hills. These are available on a seasonal
basis.
